Do you know how many flight I took just this month? Like more than 20 flights. So can you imagine how much hours I spent up in the air, tired, and need a lot of sleep? Plenty times. So here’s my quick trick to get my beauty sleep (or quick nap) with my old handkerchief: use it as eye mask. It really helps when you fly during your sleeping hours around 5 am or 9 PM.
What I do is only wrap it around my eye and mind my own business and try to get rest as much as I can.
