I would like to share with you this natural ingredients that hopefully could help me to loose some weight. It’s called flax seed, natural source of fiber, good fat, and protein. What I do is simply sringkle on my meal and eat. Later after I drink water, I can feel full faster with half of my usual portion. Also the other good thing, since it’s fiber, when you go toilet and do your thing, you will feel great as well. You’ll get what I mean when you try it.
